We charge a flat fee of $10 for all standard size packages shipped to destinations in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
If you reside outside of the United States, please contact our customer support staff to discuss specific shipping rates and order requirements.
All orders are processed and shipped 48–72 hours after receiving your order and prescription(s). Delivery times vary based on your location so please allow 8 to 14 business days for packages to be delivered. All orders are shipped using regular airmail, and will be delivered to your door by United States Postal Service mail.
If your package is lost or damaged in the mail, we’ll send you a replacement at no charge. To request a reshipment, please call our toll-free customer support center during business hours. Always keep us up to date with your current location, including winter and summer addresses. Packages lost due to an incorrect mailing address are not eligible for reshipment or refund.
Your package can occasionally be delayed for several reasons including holidays, adverse weather, and other shipping delays. We know this can be frustrating, and we will do our best to update you if we foresee any delays. To avoid interruptions in your treatment, we recommend you place an order at least 30 days before your current supply will run out.
