We consider it our job to make sure our patients are protected against fraud and misuse of prescription drugs. To do so, we have stringent requirements that meet regulatory requirements and require all our customers to provide.Medical Profile
All new patients are required to provide us with their medical profile. This is based on a questionnaire that is conducted either online or over the phone. It’s imperative for our team to collect important information such as any allergies, current and previous medications, treatments and/or conditions you are diagnosed with. This information is providing to our pharmacies and fulfillment centers as part of our commitment to providing you better care.Prescription Requirement
Just like your local pharmacy, we also require a prescription when applicable. Only prescriptions based on an in person or face to face engagement with your physician or licensed medical professional are accepted. For your safety, we do not accept prescription based solely on an online questionnaire. We offer several convenient ways to send us your prescription including contacting your medical professional directly.
Pharmacist Counselling
This is an important service we provide, especially for patients taking a new medication for the first time. It’s important that our patients know and understand how to take their prescribed medication appropriately. We offer this service to all patients, even for those on existing medications but may have some questions. Access to a pharmacist is an important part of your treatment. Our team is available 7 days a week to help connect you to a pharmacist and is completely free.

To ensure that the product was purchased and handled by reputable sources all dispensing facilities are licensed and inspected by a professional with expertise.
Licensing
All dispensing facilities that we use are licensed by the regulatory body in their respective countries and jurisdictions. For example, a pharmacy in Florida is licensed by the Florida Board of pharmacy. Our affiliated Canadian pharmacy is licensed by the BC College of Pharmacists. Likewise, all our international affiliated dispensing partners are appropriately licensed.
Inspection & Audits
We take an additional step by having all dispensing fulfillment partners inspected by a professional with expertise in international mail order pharmacies. Part of this inspection involves reviewing pharmacist and technician procedures and the data security infrastructure. Most importantly, a supply chain audit is conducted that tracks the purchase of medication from the pharmacy, wholesalers and any other distributors all the way back to the manufacturer. This ensure that the product was purchased and handled by reputable sources.
